I have a passion for creating robust solutions to complex problems by focusing on stake holder requirements and applying critical thinking. After graduating with a first class degree in software engineering I have gone on to work for technology leaders including IBM, Red Hat and Amazon Web Services learning, developing and improving in every role.

At Microsoft I work in the Retail team under as an App Innovation Solution Architect. I have worked on multiple AKS projects along with other Azure technologies. I have also certified as a Solution Architect Expert.

Red Hat

At Red Hat I worked as a solution architect within the Financial services vertical in the pre sales organisation. Within two months I passed my RHCSA and went on to also pass my RHCE also completed courses on both Blockchain Technology and Openshift. I looked after some of the largest UK accounts enabling them to continue their digital transformation. I am very proud that I was the youngest solution architect to be offered their own FSI customer patch in the UK.

IBM - Wimbledon Tennis Championships

Working on ensuring the on time delivery of IBM's technology contract with the all english tennis club, working in a fast paced, high pressured enviroment carrying out various infrastructure related projects including imaging dedicated machines used by press, players and coaches. Being responsible for the smooth running of the technology across all courts including things such as data entry, SMT products and scoreboards.

Hybrid Cloud Engineer | Cloud Solutions and Architecture

IBM

Working as a Hybrid Cloud Engineer within IIB in a dedicated infrastructure support team working alongside international developers to deliver a robust, reliable infrastrucutre. During the course of the year I worked myself into a niche focusing on our cloud infrastructre, eliminating single points of failure by introducing Docker containerisation, creating additonal jenkins servers and a third cloud to the department. As well as this I lead a project to add zLinux support to our infrastrucutre to App Connect Enterprise in a month and a half, half the expected time including dynamic provisioning for builds and tests becoming the first department in IBM to do so which was an effort recognised by the UK Cloud Manager. I was offered a contract extentstion to September and a graduate role. Through the course of the year I became proficent in a large amount of scripting/programming Languages such as Groovy, Shell, Powershell, Bash, VB and exposure to a multitude of operating systems including Windows Server (08-16), Linux, AIX, Solaris, zLinux, zOS.

Creating and managing a succesful automated E-Commerce business with funding from my dad. Creating and developing a brand called COIBA, working alongside international suppliers to ensure quality electronics at an affordable price sold across multiple marketplaces, 5 dedicated marketplaces (UK,ES,IT,FR and DE) and having customers as far as Saudi Arabia, recently surpassing over £70,000 of sales since starting.

Interests

When I am not working I enjoy going to the gym and have an active social life, spending lots of time with friendfs and family. I enjoy football, gym and large coffees.

I have a keen interest in Physcology and Human behaviour and enjoy reading books related to philosphers, I hope one day to do an addiontal physcology degree with a focus on Human Centered Computing.
